The TUPLET TRAINER is a tool designed to facilitate the learning of complex rhythmic figures such as quintuplets, septuplets, and similar tuplets. It employs a straightforward pedagogical approach rooted in intuitive methods that have been tested and refined over more than twenty years, demonstrating significant effectiveness. Mastery of this method enables performers to execute any tuplet with confidence, leveraging a reference rhythm for guidance.

The application provides two operational modes: Listen and Practice. In Listen mode, users can audibly experience the transformation of reference rhythms into tuplets. Practice mode allows customization of exercises to suit individual learning needs. An Info Mode feature offers comprehensive explanations of all functionalities within the app, accessible with a single tap.

The Lessons section introduces users to the foundational principles of the method, complemented by a detailed manual, online video tutorials, and musical demonstrations available directly from within the app interface.

The program includes options to select from 28 tuplets across four distinct time signatures, with multiple motifs in each category, resulting in thousands of potential practice combinations. Additionally, users can incorporate a groove section—comprising hi-hat and bass drum—to enhance the feel of the time signature. Customization extends to sound selection for metronomes, grooves, and pads.
